Mihai coordinated major restructuring projects involving the merger, spin-off and winding-up of private as well as listed companies. Mihai has broad experience in the oil&gas and energy, tax and fiscal area, as well as with the electronics, pharmaceuticals and food industries.

Mihai headed Schoenherr’s competition law practice based in Bucharest, handling Competition Council investigations, complex merger control proceedings, state aid projects, compliance programs and other competition issues.

Mihai has been confirmed as a leading competition lawyer by various independent legal directories (Chambers Europe, 2012 and 2013).
