News We have assisted a real estate developer in a lease and development project for a major producer of automotive parts. News RM assisted a Polish investment fund in relation to the acquisition of certain important receivables portfolios from banking institutions in Romania and in relation to acquisition of a recovery company held by a Romanian Bank News We have joined DIRO, one of the most important European law-firm networks, with over 180 members in 27 countries.
