With more than 15 years of banking experience, Diana’s practice  is focused on banking and financial law with negotiation skills and large experience in various cultural environments: Romanian,  Italian, Greek, French, English

Her personal conviction is to never say I can’t when it is about customer satisfaction and  her  experience as Legal and Deputy General Manager covered all legal aspects on financial and banking area such us: negotiation of the contracts with legal entities and individuals, transactions on different credit contracts as well as compliance, procurement and HR areas.

 She has a large experience in companies legislation, governance area, structural reorganizations and she was involved also in cross border transactions.
